Feb 01, 2013

Hi... i have a big big problem...

Till now, all my html5 tests in chrome works fine but today it happens something very very bad and weird

I've tested a content in html5 in chrome and the first time works fine... as url and in scorm cloud

The second test, the content load but the video does not load, just hang and IT WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN, even i clear cache, restart the windows... and it happens in two computers. Every time i load the content, the first work plays fine, the second block forever

If i reaload the content to scorm cloud, it never work again... if i try to run another version in another folder, the same

Is like this content, just stops the Chtrome...

In ipad works fine and i have reload the content 4 times and works fine

I'm totally blocked and i don't know what i can do?

PLease, please help. This was the last and most important test for the client and i've got this... i don't undesrtand nothing.

I upload the js file. We have made some changes to change the way we send values to the lms but i don't think this could affect the video player, isn't...

Hi Boris,

Can you share a little more information about what's happening for you?

You mentioned this is happening only in HTML5 output, are you viewing this on a PC or an iPad? Or both?

Are you uploading to an LMS, web server, etc.?

Can you confirm you're running the latest version of Storyline, please? To find this information click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline". If you're not running version 2 (1212.1412), please download an install Update 2. When finished, please republish and test your course.

You may also want to make sure that private browsing is disabled, if you're viewing the course in Safari on the iPad.

Thanks!

Hi Donnis! This thread is a bit dated and as you can see here, we did not hear back from Boris on resolution of the issue. In Juanjo's case above, it was the actual video file for him and we were unable to reproduce the issue.

Are you able to re-create the issue that you are having in SCORM Cloud? If so, we may need to take a look at your .story file. If you cannot share it here in the forums, you are welcome to share it privately here.
