i need to upload a video on our platform as LMS storyline file, when we upload the video on the slide and make a preview, the video is playing in the middle of the screen with a black border.
how can we remove the black border and make the video in full screen?

Just to clarify, you've uploaded a video to course in Storyline 360 and published it for LMS. When viewing the course in the LMS the video is playing in the middle of the screen with a black border. Is this correct?
I would look at the Browser Settings in the Player Properties. Here's what that looks like:
