I located your support case with our engineers (case #00914352 for my reference) and I see that Miker emailed you with suggestions to try. If you're continuing to see this after running the repair he suggested, go ahead and reply back to him with the requested information so he can continue to investigate this with you. If you don't see his email in your inbox, sometimes they get filtered to a spam/junk box so take a quick peek there as well. I'll also be following along with your case and will update here with any relevant info.

I followed the instructions ( I did a reinstall 7 reboot ) and it works now thanks
