Hello - 

The Articulate support team could not recreate the errror on SCORM.  I was not surprised, because neither was I.   Because of that, that were unable to provide further support.  They advised that we contact our LMS. 

My LMS team was not able to contact SuccessFactors.  From past history, even if they did, I don't suspect SuccessFactors would have much to offer. 

So, this will remain a mystery. 

As a workaround, I turned the Notes feature off. In my case, all of the on screen text is narrated, so the missing Audio Transcript will not be a problem.  It will be interesting to see if this occurs for others in the future.  Hopefully not.
