Blackboard - fatal error when uploading package

Hi,

A client is testing one of our SCORM 1.2 packages in Blackboard. They are getting a fatal error. They're uploading using the "Import Package" feature of Blackboard.

Hi David,

I loaded it into SCORM Cloud and didn't receive an error message, and the course played successfully and you can view the course here. Have you checked with your Blackboard team to see if they had any other suggestions to share?

This thread is a bit older, so you may want to use the "contact me" button on David's profile to reach out to him specifically. Have you checked with your Blackboard team to see if they had any additional information?

Sorry, I replied to the email, but it didn't add to the thread.

Our client spoke to someone at Blackboard who was able to fix the problem on their end. I don't really know what they did. I was under the impression it was a setting.

Thanks both. I was importing it incorrectly (from her course admin, not the
content page). Sorted now.
