I am not sure what has gone wrong as I have managed to get this to work fine in the past! However when I put a tab in the Storyline Player - which is supposed to play an Engage presentation (FAQs) - it just displays the blank Master Slide screen background. It looks fine in Preview but when Published it is empty! What am I doing wrong because I have looked through all the documentation on this and I am foilliwng the rules.
strange that it looks fine in preview because Storyline does not show web objects during preview. with web objects you really should test them online to check they work correctly
The engage presentations work properly outside of this presentation. I have even re-published them and imported them again. Still the same result. Probably something really simple!
