The main consideration is the resolution of the image compared to the resolution of your course. Often people will capture large screen images and then insert them into small courses. There is always going to be some degradation, but the closer you can get the image size to the course size, the less you'll have.

If you attached an image, there might be a better chance of getting a good response.
