Blurry HTML output (vs. clear SWF)

Hi,
I'm publishing a Storyline presentation for 'Web' use, but when I open the HTML output file (in chrome) it's extremely blurry and low quality, but when I open the SWF file it's perfect quality. I need to use the HTML version as the presentation device doesn't have flash for internet explorer.
I've attached two images showing the quality comparison (HTML vs. SWF)
If anyone has any suggestions then I'd be extremely grateful! Thanks.

Hi Dan,
What version of Storyline are you using, and what publish options did you choose? Can you also let me know what version of Internet Explorer you'll be using? That'll help me provide some more ideas or options for your content!
Hi Ashley,
Thank you for getting back to me. Ideally I need to use Google Chrome, and the version for that is - Version 69.0.3497.100. Currently it's playing quite blurry in Chrome.
I'm using Storyline 2.
I've attached a jpeg image with the publish settings in for you.
Thanks,
Dan
Appreciate this extra, helpful detail, Dan!
Have you had a chance to check out our best practices for high-quality images? I'm curious to know if increasing the Image Quality to 100% helps with the blur.
And to help us dig deeper, mind sharing your .story file (or a single slide) with us? We'll take a look into what's happening with the quality in a similar environment and share our findings with you. Need to share it privately? No sweat, here's where!

Hi Katie,
Thank you for replying. I've tried amending the quality to 100% and sadly it's still a blurry HTML output.
I've submitted the file privately - case number #01559147
Thanks
Dan
Good morning, Dan. Thank you for sharing your file with me!
I had a look, and I can see the blur on my end as well. I know how frustrating this can be for a course creator, as the goal is to produce all around high-quality content.
As Phil mentioned: The Storyline 2 HTML5 output was not as robust as Flash, so when our team designed Storyline 3 and Articulate 360, we rebuilt our HTML5 engine from the ground up to take advantage of the latest web technologies. The HTML5 experience for any version of Storyline is still a focal point for us, so seeing such feedback is very helpful.
If you'd like to have a gander at Articulate 360 and Storyline 3 to compare the publishing, you can sign up for a free Articulate 360 trial here and Storyline 3 one here. We'll also create a backup copy of your Storyline 2 files, so you can always continue to use them in this version.
Our Sales team is happy to talk through the options with you and help answer any questions about upgrading; feel free to reach out to them directly here! Thanks again, and I'll be here if you need anything else!
