Blurry Text in Chrome

Aug 14, 2020

I'm using Articulate storyline 360 at the moment and it's updated to the latest version.  I'm having trouble viewing my published file on chrome. Every time there is fading out animation on text, it turns blurry and light grey, in comparison to no faded animation text. I found that it works fine in Microsoft Edge. Is there a fix to this? I think most people prefer to use Chrome as their main browser than Edge.

Hi Priscilla,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry that you ran into blurry text when using animation. We have reported it to our team, and continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses.

Here's some more detail about how we tackle bugs. I'm really sorry that I can't say when this issue will be fixed, but you're in the right place to stay updated on this bug's progress!

Hi Ren,

Thank you for your reply. I've been testing the slides out on chrome on the new update but the issue hasn't been fixed yet.

I noticed that when I zoom out of chrome to 90% and then back to 100%, the blurriness issue fixes itself. I wonder if that's a resizing issue on the program or the browser.

My browsers are all set to 100% and my storyline size is set to 1080x608.
