Bookmark is not working in google chrome

• What version of Storyline are you using?
• If you try in Microsoft Edge, do you experience the same issue?

You may be running into a current bug we have where Storyline 360 courses uploaded in some LMSs are not resuming, and Completion/Progress is not recorded.

I did see a past case where a customer put a clean install of Moodle 3.9 and didn't experience the issue anymore. Can you try it out and let us know if it helps?

Bookmarking is not working perfectly in Edge and google chrome.

Working fine in Firefox browser.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your published output.

Taking a look at your video clips, it looks like the courses are resuming at the same location.

How are you publishing the content? It seems like you may be hitting the suspend data limit and publishing to SCORM 2004 may be helpful.
