Have you also looked into testing your course at SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves there? It's an industry standard for testing content, and you can test AICC content within that environment as described here.
It works fine on other machines. I am working in a restricted area so i wanted to know if it s related to any security settings that is blocking.. i wanted to know hw to debug it... wat should b d value of lesson location.
I am not supposed to put d content on cloud. any sugggestions, m new to dis so nt aware of debugging..
I could very well be the restricted environment. If you're limited to testing, I recommend reaching out to your IT department or administrators.
I agree with Ashley and I suggest using SCORM Cloud for your course - it's a great place to test SCORM content.
Perhaps your IT or web team can work with you, so that you can test in this environment.
If you continue to have trouble, it may help to have a little more information regarding the machines that load the course properly and those that do not. Are different web browsers being used to access the content?
Also, have you checked the minimum viewing requirements for Storyline content?

Is it not resuming at all or not reporting the information correctly after resuming? If it's the latter there is a method described here on how to change that behavior. It's also worth noting that AICC content will not resume as expected in a cross domain environment., although that article includes a fix.

I tried changing the view mode, still not working... The content is hosted on the LMS server.
I have attached the log files... the lesson_location does nt return any value..
