Branching issue: Text Entry slide won't follow Incorrect branch

I have a Text Entry slide in my course which should branch based on the answer submitted. The "correct" branch works just fine. However, incorrect responses cause the course to hang on the Text Entry slide - nothing happens. As far as I can tell, the branching is set up properly and it looks like it should work! Am I missing something?

Can we take a look at the slide and how you've set up the feedback as well? Did you use the question editor to enable the feedback or set these up yourself on the feedback layers? You can attach the .story file here.
