Browser and Player Size scaled down on iPad using HTML5 Output

I published a course in html5 output only. I imported the course into my LMS (SilkRoad). When viewing the course on a laptop, it works as intended. However, when viewing it on an iPad, the browser and player window get scaled down significantly (see image). I published the course using different browser settings to no avail. I also tried different viewing the courses in different web browsers on the iPad (safari, google chrome, etc). When publishing with the articulate mobile player, it works. However, I opted against using this because it leads to navigational issues in the LMS. I don't want the course to launch in a new player window either. Any ideas on a work around to resolve my issue? Thanks!

Hi Patrick. Well, that is impossible to see! Sorry you're dealing with this.
Would you be able to test your zipped published output in SCORM Cloud? I'd be interested to see how it launches there, if the scaling behaves the way you intend. If it behaves in SCORM Cloud, I would contact your LMS support folks at SilkRoad, let them know that, and see if they can offer any insight. We're happy to publish and test on our end, as well, if you'd like to attach your .story file here.
I tested the course using SCORM Cloud. It work as intended on the desktop. On the iPad, it displays correctly, but now the sound is muffled and distorted. Thoughts?
Thanks again for your help!
Hi Patrick! Could you share your .story file so that we could take a peek. If you cannot share here in the forums, you are welcome to share privately here.
