So you're seeing the browser controls when testing the published output within the intended environment? Is this for the entire player in a new window or hyperlink? Are you following the directions here to remove them or here for hyperlinks? What browser are you accessing it through?
I'm using Hyperlinks to a Web Pages, and change it to (No browser controls), but I can still see the tools bar and I can change in the address bar which I don't want.
Actually, I check it in all browsers and all do the same thing.
Are you using a custom browser size or the default? When using the default, in most browser it is set to open in a new tab, and then the browser will take control and show all the elements as normal. If you set it to open in a new browser in a custom size, the controls are missing - but the address bar will always be visible.
I set it to new window with no controls from the first post, and I test it in all browsers and the same issue, its work in NEW TAB with TOOLS except IE work in NEW WINDOW but with TOOLS, and I want it in NEW WINDOW without TOOLS and with INACTIVE address bar.
As far as I know there is no way to create an inactive address bar - and the window vs. tab is a browser specific setting, so there isn't a way to modify that within Storyline.
