Browser identification check

Is there a way to do a browser identification check in Storyline?  Our LSO requires Internet Explorer for course confirmation, so a user can go through the course, complete it, then go back to the LSO and not receive credit.  Our user base isn't generally very computer skilled, so anything we can do to help guide them is helpful.  On top of that, IT has made Edge the default browser for a lot of our users.  So I'd like a splash screen to come up if the user is using any browser other than IE, telling them to switch browsers.  I can do this for everyone, but I would really like to only show the slide if they aren't using the right browser.
