I have launched my one sco Articulate Storyline course on our LSO and the course is not getting a completion. My course does NOT contain an assessment.
The LSOsettings are:
Overall Course Completion Requirement - touch all pages
Tracking protocol - Scoorm1.2
SCO Details (launcher file) - index_lms.html(touch all pages)
Overall Course Completion Requirement - Touch ALL Pages
Course settings:
Publish for LMS delivery
LMS Scorm1.2
Reporting/tracking - passed/incomplete
Tracking - track using # of slides - set to a few less than are in course.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing, and one of the first things I'd look into is the steps here for troubleshooting with your LMS, specifically testing it within SCORM Cloud to see if you're able to replicate the behavior. You also may want to change the reporting tracking behavior from passed/incomplete to complete/incomplete as it may not be reading correctly in your LMS.
