Hello! I use Articulate Storyline 3. Text animation "Wripe - Effect Options - Secuence (By Paragraph)" works incorrectly. In the "preview" mode, the animation appears as "Fade". And also it work with bugs. Wherein, the animation works correctly after exporting the project.
We have an issue reported with our team for the issue you are describing here. The Wipe animation by paragraph not behaving as expected within Preview and HTML5 output.
We are watching the user impact, so I will add this to the report. This will also allow me to update here when I can.
The only workaround we have listed for this is:
Use a different animation or set it as wipe as one object
