That is weird. It's almost as if the drag&drop function takes control of the screen and you have to click anywhere off a draggable object before the submit button becomes active. I added a new button with the same submit action and it did the same thing, needed 2 clicks, one to get it in focus, and the second click to perform the submit action. 

seems like a bug with the D&D quiz type.

I noticed you set the question for two attempts:

However, since there is no Try Again feedback layer, you have to click twice on your Valider button.

So the first time the user clicks Valider, it's the first attempt. If they get it incorrectly, Storyline does not have a layer to show them, so it simply expects the user to change the answer and click Valider once again. 

You can fix this by either changing the Attempts to one or adding a feedback layer for Try Again.
