Hi Ralph,

The bullet color should match your text color by default, but if you click on the little arrow next to adding bullets you'll have the option to change the coloring. But there was a known issue with Storyline 1 and the bullet color as described here. Is that what you're running into?

Yes the triple click method took care of the problem. Sometimes I have problems remembering how to execute commands I do infrequently as in this case. The solution (triple click) actually is pretty old but I have used it so seldom it never occurred to me initially. Thanks for the help.

Hi, I have this problem but triple-check doesn't work. My issue is we have several chapters within one storyline. We use storyline 360. I have checked text color, changed the design template, edited the built-in text editor and I still have to go slide by slide, line by line sometimes to change all the bullet point colors from red to black and it is exhausting having to edit all of these. Is there a quicker way that I'm not seeing? And if you need the storyline to see what I'm seeing, is there a way to send it privately? Our course holds proprietary info.

Hi Adeline,

Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!

There are a few issues mentioned here, so I'd like to clarify which issue are you experiencing? If you are trying to change the bullet color, you can try the following steps:

  • Click on the small arrow next to the bullet symbol
  • Click "Bullets and Numbering"

If the  problem persists, we'd be happy to take a look at your specific project! You can share your .story file through a support case.
