Is it a known issue that screen readers do not announce bullet points? Just like how assistive technology users appreciate knowing when something is a numbered list or an unordered list, bullet points can be helpful to hear to understand page layout.
Storyline doesn’t programmatically indicate to the screen reader that a text box belongs to a list (a requirement of WCAG 2.0), and sub-lists are not indicated at all. The best way to make them become announced would be to modify the ALT text or to enter the lists manually vs using the list built-in list features.
