Thanks very much for sharing the file! It took me a bit to see a change with the submit button. However, I was able to get it working by putting it on its own layer. You'll need to setup the layer to show when the timeline starts, but after putting the button on its own layer it should show up properly.
Thank you for your answer, though I'm not sure about which layer should contain this button... What's the layer where this button should appear? A new layer or any of the correct-incorrect ones?
Sorry I didn't get to your earlier question when I removed the attachment for you. I just wanted to take of that first, since it's sensitive material.
Go to a slide that contains the "Submit" button. If you preview only that slide, you'll see that the "Submit" button goes blank after clicking. However, if you create a new layer on the slide that contains the "Submit" button, "1.2 Question 1" for example, and put the button on it's own layer it will show up properly when clicked.
Here's the steps I took:
I found the slide "1.2 Question 1" and created a new layer. Then, I went to the timeline on the main layer, right-clicked and selected "Cut" on the custom "Submit" button. After that, I selected the new layer and pasted (CTRL+V) the button onto the layer. It won't work with just this, but after going back to the original layer and setting up the trigger to show the new layer when the timeline starts, it shows up perfectly.
I have saved the modified version of the story file. If you want me to post it here so you can view it, just let me know. I can remove it after you confirm downloading it, as well.
Still I don't understand why the button can't be in the main slide as usual, as it implies more work (less effectiveness) to add layers to each quiz question.

Hi Belen,
Are you able to post your .story file here, so we can take a look at what might be causing this?
Thanks!

Hi Christine,
Could you remove the story file from here? it belongs to the client and I don't think it's a good idea to have it available here. Thank you!
Belen
Good morning Belen,
Unfortunately, I cannot remove the attachment by itself. However, I can remove the post that contains the attachment.
I'll do that for you, now.
Have a great day!
Christine
Thank you very much, Christine!
Have a nice day, too

Hi Christine, thanks for this.
Let me see how it works and I'll let you know.

Thanks again and have a nice day!
