Place two buttons. Set the trigger on one button to change the state of the text to hidden, and the trigger on the other to change the state to normal. In the attached example, I have also set the buttons to change their own and the other's state in order to indicate which is active. Story file attached showhidetext.story

Using states, I haven't figured out how to put a Show and Hide on the same button, but you can do this with two buttons.
Place two buttons.
Set the trigger on one button to change the state of the text to hidden, and the trigger on the other to change the state to normal.
In the attached example, I have also set the buttons to change their own and the other's state in order to indicate which is active.
