I have a slide in a module that includes text which also includes a few phone numbers. The font I used is Calibri. We are getting reports from some learners that the phone numbers are not displaying when taking the module. What would cause the phone numbers not to display for a small population of learners? Calibri is a universal font type so this is very unusual.
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know! Are you not seeing the issue when testing the course? Do you know what web browser your client is using?
As a first step, I would recommend turning on Modern Text, if it's not already enabled. Then republish the course, and let me know if that solves it!
Hello Vincent, I have the same issue with the text not displaying for phone numbers. The font I am using is Verdana and I have turned on the Modern Text.
It tests fine in SL but once you publish it to LMS that's when the problem starts.
