iPhone responsiveness issue

Aug 13, 2015

We have created a module and are testing it on multiple devices including iPads, iPhones and Android mobile devices.

The module works fine except for an issue when launching on an iPhone.

If the learner is holding the phone in portrait orientation the content is too small on the screen. That is fine as turning the phone to landscape expands the module and it is large enough. However, if they do this then none of the hotspots on the screen are active.  if they switch to portrait and back to landscape the hotspots work fine.

If they launch the module with the phone already held in a landscape orientation it works first time.

This is a real problem as a lot of learners are launching the module, turning the phone and then think that the module is not functioning.

I can't replicate the issue on Android. Is there a fix that helps this or a way of changing how iPhones load the content?
