I have create a free form quiz (choose multiple, with a dropdown menu) without review message, but when I want to go to the next slide and send the results to the results slide I see this screen. I'm trying to delete this message, but I can't do it! Can anyone give me a solution, please?
I'm not seeing a message - just a white/blank box that is covering the slide? You mentioned you didn't have the review message - but do you mean you disabled feedback layers for the question? It may be easier to understand what's occurring if you're able to share the .story file here with us, even just that one slide if you can.
Hi, Ashley! Sorry, but I can't share the story file. I think that the white box is the feedback that Storyline shows by default when the student has not answer the question...I have select de None option in the Comments propertie, but this box is still showing....
Do you still have feedback layers enabled? Have you tried to customize those layers and maybe it's a lingering effect? Can you recreate it on a sample file for us to look at or if you'd like to send it to me privately you could share it here?
Hi Ashley! Thank you very much for your support, by I think that my problem is already resolved. I have used one of the community's examples and my project works correcty right now!
