Anyone else having trouble downloading modern illustrated character, Camila? I can download all other character assets but the one I need. Of course. :( Read the documentation. Checked on my end (anything preventing Content 360 asset downloads, VPN, antivirus software, etc.) and contacted support. No answers. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just tried to download the character and had no problems. Might try a reboot of your computer and give it a try again.
Hopefully, someone else could provide some insight.
