i used a picture of a ruller & i turned it into a dial. I was wondering if it is possible to rotate a dial & drag it at the same time? because i succeeded rotating the dial, but when i drag the dial it return to the initial value.
Are you envisioning that the learner will have the ability to rotate and drag the ruler? I haven't seen an example of this in the forums, but hopefully other folks in the community can share their ideas with you!

Yes, i would like the learner will have the ability to rotate the ruler, and than drag the ruler without the ruler return to the initial value.
My question is: if its possible?
