There is no underpage such as teststory/slide1 so i cant see how you will be able link to the correct slide.
Perhaps it could be optained via Javascript. My idea in pseudocode will be like this. a) On the starting slide when timeline start you initiate a javascript b) the Script looks if you arrived here from a certain page (not even sure if that is possible) c) If you came from that site you setting a variable true. d) if variable true you will be directed to a specific slide.
A ugly way to do it is to ask the user. "Did you get here from www.abc.com? , then click this button"
Storyline doesn't have a built in functionality to point to a particular page or slide - but as Jacob shared you may be able to put something together with Javascript. I'll defer to the community on potential solutions involving Javascript.

No. At least i dont think so.
I did a smal test and my entire published file got the url http://www.jacobselin.se/Teststory.
