You can export the text from the English version of the Storyline course. That puts it all into a Word file, with each piece assigned a special ID code. You can make copies of the Word file, and switch the English text to another language. Just be sure you don't change the IDs. Then import the translated file into Storyline. You might have to do some tweaking (e.g., translated text being shorter or longer than the original), but, overall, it's a pretty slick way to get translated versions.
