Can I only play scene audio the first time the user sees the screen?

Hello,

E-learning heroes!
Storyline is my first experience using it for a diploma project. Some scenes will have audio for learner guidance. My audio in scene 6 directs the learners to click on the first topic, but the audio replays every time they return to the same content screen.
Should the scene be duplicated and each new topic be directed by a different audio? Would it be possible, to add a trigger so that the audio only plays when scene 6 is visited for the first time?
