We want our users to be able to easily report versions of our courses for tech support purposes. I'd like to place a version number at the bottom of the player, below my menu or below the next button. Is this possible?

You probably could if you use the SDK but that is flash content only.
Or you could overlay a web object with transparency in that general area.
Another solution is to add it to the HTML page below the player.

Thanks guys. We will want this to appear across all formats, so the SDK may not work.
I'll look into the transparent web object option, but I'm not sure how I would get that to appear in the player outside of my slide.
I'm not sure I will have any control over the HTML page below the player, as this will be launched from within an LMS.
