I am trying to send my module via e-mail to a professor and every time I send the file and click to download, the screen ends up blank except for the words ("previous and next"). I am using chrome and would like to publish my module to the web. I have followed all the steps in the publishing article on the Articulate website with no luck. I have uploaded my file here for example. Any ideas on a way around this issue?
If you send it by email, you need to publish for CD, zip it, and expect to find a recipient that is tech savvy enough to unzip it, locate the story_html5.html file and play it. They can't just click on the attachment and play it.
I prefer what Veronica suggested: publish for the web, upload it to an accessible spot on the web, and send them a link to the story_html5.html file.
Tempshare is designed specifically for this, and so is Review, if you have SL3/360.

Hi Justin,
For someone else to see your published output, you'll need to send them the zip that you get after publishing, not just the html5 file.
Alternatively, you can publish it to Articulate Review, or upload it to a website or LMS.
