Can Storyline 2 create Course Evaluations/Surveys that use Likert scales and when published as SCORM can be used to run reports?

The evidence based on cursory research on this and other websites is that it does NOT, since Storyline 2 surveys use Likert scales which cannot translate into recorded responses for statistical evaluation.  If this is incorrect, please point me to a 'How To' post. Thanks.
