I'm not sure the best way to describe this, but is there any way that imported audio (like narration) can, when published, be something other than MP3 format? I've noticed that my WMA or WAV files all end up as MP3 files when I go to publish the course. MP3 files are blocked on our client's networks.
In the past, we've had to use SWF video files off-screen for narration. It made the course filesize rather large and required custom player controls (instead of using the stock Storyline player controls). I'd like to find a better way.
There isn't a way to force Storyline to not publish it to an MP3, but you may be able to use a method similiar to the one described below where you replace the video in Storyline with the original uncompressed video.
