Hi! I'm working on a Storyline project, which needs to be created in Classic player, but, SL is not allowing me to change the Player Style from Modern to Classic. I also tried to make the changes by selecting New Project, but still the same issue is persisting.
I've attached a screenshot of the issue with the error message I'm getting below, please check and suggest a solution.

If you'd like to use the Classic player in your project, choose Static in the Publish Quality window. Please see this article for details:

AND publish once with this setting - then you can choose the classic player
