I am new to Storyline and I am trying to set up a dial for test. When choosing a character I have to download all of them and I can't change the state of the character with triggers. Anyone who knows what i should do?

When using photographic characters, you can change the poses, but not the emotions. So you need to create the different states with the poses you'd like to use before selecting them on the trigger wizard.

The first time you use a character, you have to download it. It will then be available to you for the next time you want to insert it.
