Can't fix trigger

I found the answer to fix this through another post; however, there seems to be something wrong as I've spent hours trying to fix this.
There are several modules that I would like to change the state of the main page in the course to complete once each quiz is passed. I entered the triggers but for some reason the original state of the buttons are showing as complete despite having them set to original state as normal.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help. File is attached.

Hi Darian, the reason that your modules are showing up as complete is because you have set the default values for the variables to true.
They need to be set to false.
So click the variable X and then change the default values for Jewerlry101pass to false. Do this for each one of the variables that you reference in the triggers and you should be good to go.
