This looks fine in the Storyline preview, and I've gotten videos to show before, but this one isn't working when published as html on any browser I've tried (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). What is the issue, and how can I ensure that users have the proper capabilities (or can I)? The audio does work. Thanks!
when you say the video doesn't appear - I published the file and I can see the video and it plays locally in Chrome but you have the volume of the video set to Mute
I silenced the video sound and put in a separate audio for separate editing purposes.
I hear the audio but can't get video in IE and Chrome. I can't get Firefox to stop trying to put it in VLC (unsuccessfully). Chrome won't play my local published files "for security reasons" (?).
Here is the uploaded html file in full -- Is the problem on my browsers' end, or is it a problem with the course? I can just delete the slide to make sure it's not a dud for viewers, but I'd rather not.

The original file you uploaded was set to publish to LMS -so I published, zipped and uploaded to test it in ScormCloud - here is the link.
It works fine for me and I viewed it in Chrome
The link you share in the post above doesn't play the video for me in Chrome or Edge.
