Storyline does not publish to a single self contained file, it needs the file structure that is created on publish to work, you will need to upload all the published files.
Thanks Leslie... those are the steps we always take to publish to web but for some reason the department that handles the load to the web is telling me that they can no longer support non-self-contained .swf files and that I should republish it. We have had other projects loaded with no problems but they have some sort of "new platform" that doesn't work with the .swf files. Not sure what to do at this point.
Hi Tammy! This sounds like an internal issue that I may not be able to assist with. Are you using Sharepoint by chance? Perhaps I can point you to some assistance if so.

Hi Tammy! The documentation for publishing your Storyline project for the web can be found here.
