Imported swf files are not displayed. When publishing to the web swf files are not displayed, I can interact with them only. Already try changing the version of flash player. How can I solve that?
In the preview are displayed and I can interact with swf files.
I'm thinking that when it is published and viewed, you are seeing the HTML5 output. HTML5 output doesn't support swf's. Try unchecking the option Include HTML5 output when publishing your project.

Thanks, we tested without html5 and it works, but in the final product we need html5 to be responsive, we will not use swf.

As Russell mentioned, the SWF files wont' be supported in the HTML5 output. You can see that documented in the chart here.
