I have a problem opening url link on the resources tab. I can open it but only directly after I published my course or on My Articulate Project folder. But after I copied my course to another folder, the link didn't work. I can't even click on the link or when I hovered my mouse to the link it won't show the "hand icon". That's the reason why my clients always complaint that the resources link not working. I just knew it
If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. See this article for details.
