Can't open Storyline 360 - Sign In loop

I keep trying to open Storyline 360 and get caught in a loop of being prompted to Sign In to Articulate 360, re-directed to web-browser and automatically signed In then try to open Storyline 360 and again am prompted to sign in and redirected to web browser and automatically signed in.  

Any suggestions? Need to get out of this loop and actually work in Storyline 360.

I'm sorry you're running into this! Unfortunately, you're seeing a bug in the product we are currently investigating. We'll let you know once this issue is fixed.

In the meantime, some affected users found that changing their default browser helped them log in to Articulate 360. If that doesn't improve things, could you connect with us in a case so that our Support Engineers can provide targeted help? We'll reach out soon after we hear from you!
