I am trying to open Storyline 360 but i get an error saying i am not signed in. Articulate 360 then leads me to sign in through a browser but i am already signed in.
Tried it multiple times but the same error occurs. Tried to sign out and sign back in with a browser but still the same issue occurs.

When I open articulate 360, it asks me to screen 1 - sign in and when I click sign in, it takes me to screen 2 - start over and when I click on start over, it takes me to screen 3 - a browser which opens 4 different browsers at the same time.

Hi I'm caught in that look too, despite seeing my login picture and account info. I've re-downloaded the apps multiple times now and it keeps redirecting me to sign in/start over/sign in/start over/sign in/start over. HELP me out please!

I'd recommend logging out by following these directions:
Sign out via 360.articulate.com
Close the Articulate 360 desktop app (click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. There, right-click on the Articulate logo and select Quit).
