Unable to open Articulate 360 due to sign in error

I am trying to open Storyline 360 but i get an error saying i am not signed in. Articulate 360 then leads me to sign in through a browser but i am already signed in.

Tried it multiple times but the same error occurs. Tried to sign out and sign back in with a browser but still the same issue occurs.

Hi Ashley,

I tried following the steps, but it still doesn't work. I get the same error as earlier.

When I open articulate 360, it asks me to screen 1 - sign in and when I click sign in, it takes me to screen 2 - start over and when I click on start over, it takes me to screen 3 - a browser which opens 4 different browsers at the same time.

Thanks for letting us know what's going on, and I'm sorry for the trouble.

I'd recommend logging out by following these directions:

  1. Sign out via 360.articulate.com
  2. Close the Articulate 360 desktop app (click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. There, right-click on the Articulate logo and select Quit).

  3. Please restart the machine and then try signing in again.
