I can't publish media and error information always appears. Please help me, I'm really confused what to do next, this project is the end of my thesis. Please help me.

Upon further digging, I wasn’t able to locate any emails or cases started with us. We’d love to help you get your course published in Storyline. Can you please share your .story file with our support team here, and they can lend a hand!
In the meantime, you’ll want to make sure you're publishing the content to a folder on your local drive. Working on a network drive or an external (USB) drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources, so that’s a good place to start troubleshooting.
