Can we change the screen location when we resume?

Hi Ajay and welcome to Heroes! 

You won't be able to determine what slide the user is brought to when they resume or set it to only show a particular part of the slide. By default if you enable the resume behavior, the user will be brought back to the last slide they viewed if they choose to resume.

I would like to explain my issue/problem. In our course we are using a confimation popup in lighbox before the user exits the course. When we are resuming the course in the LMS, the confirmation popup in lightbox is also opened by the course over the screen from which the user exited and if there are any video or animations in the screen below the lightbox, they are not loaded.

All I want is that the confirmation popup doesn't open when the user resumes back.

I am closing the lightbox before exiting the course but when resuming it is opening the lightbox also.

Please let me know if you want more details of the issue/problem I am facing.

Hi Ajay,

I'd want to take a look at the triggers which open and close the lightbox to see how you've set it up to display on that particular slide and how it's set up to close the lightbox before the user exits the course. Are you able to share your Storyline file here with us?
