I'm a new user for Articulate Storyline and getting to know things around. Wondering, whether we can customize the display output in HTML / HTML5 . ie., if i need to change the FAQ interaction [prepared thru engage] similar to [attachment]

We don't support editing the published output, but someone in the community may be able to assist you. In regards to changing how the FAQ looks from within Engage, it's not able to be customized to look like the FAQ on our website. You could create a similar look in Storyline using states and layers, for example there is a similar template here from Bruce, and you could customize it with the plus sign symbols.
This shows us the options to recreate in layers, is there anyways I can use a external javascript and change the capabilities as I want it to. Please advice

That's something I'll defer have to determine to the community on, as I am not equipped to offer support around javascript coding.
I will be doing my own javascript, just wondering if there is a possibility to customize it for mobile version seperately.
Also like to know the restrictions if any on it
