To edit a published course, you’ll need to have the original Storyline project file (*.story).
You might consider checking your organization’s shared drives to see if the file was somehow saved or backed up to a network drive. Also, you can try asking your IT staff to do a search in your company’s directories for all files ending in *.story to pull up Storyline 360 files that are stored there. I do want to warn you that this search might take a while to complete, but doing so might help locate the missing project file.

Many folks have asked that question in the Forum. The answer remains the same: no. You can't convert a SCORM package into a Storyline file. The best you can do is use the SCORM package as a guide for recreating the course in Storyline. In this old post, Tom K. offers some advice about that: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/how-to-convert-storyline-web-package-to-html5-scorm-package-without-having-access-to-the-source-file
