You're not really converting Storyline back to PowerPoint. They're two separate applications. When you import PowerPoint into Storyline, essentially Storyline looks at what's in the PowerPoint file and recreates it in Storyline.
There's really no mechanism for PowerPoint to do the same with Storyline content and the triggers, layers, etc.
I wrote a post a while back with some tips. The one I think most practical is using the Screentogif tool. It actually works well. However, you don't get editable content.
