Cannot Change Existing Template Name on Slide

How do I change the "MasterDeck..." on the slide to reflect "Health and Safety"? I've tried saving as a new story, but still get "Master Deck". Thanks

It's hard to tell based on the image provided. I'd guess that the "Master Deck" text is in one of these locations:

a layout in the Slide Master: to access this, go to View > Slide Master, and then select the corresponding layout
the course title: to access this, go to the Player
