I have imported 2 engages into my storyline 3 course, following the instructions. They play fine (I have Engage 13). However when I click Edit Engage from within storyline, I get an error message saying Engage has quit working and close the program.
I am working from my local hard drive, the Engage file is also saved on my local hard drive. I tried it out in a new storyline and the same thing happens. Thanks
Hey there, Elizabeth. It looks like we've found an issue where some Engage tools are not working in Storyline 3 currently (Preview, Open and Edit in Engage).
For now, the workaround is to open the interaction directly in Engage to edit it.
I'm tagging this post for follow up if we get more information regarding a fix for this behavior. I'm sorry that it's an extra step for you!
